  My post isn't so much about Dr Chokshi as it is this entire practice. Let me be crystal clear about this, I mean the other Dr that practices medicine at this location and select members of the staff. If you want blood work results be prepared to call and ask for a copy, otherwise it may be months before you find out if your results are normal or not. May whatever God you happen to believe in be with you if you want to go to a Dr that's in your network but doesn't happen to be convenient for them, be prepared to do the heavy lifting for that on your own. I'm fortunate enough to have a PPO and I didn't have to deal with this, unfortunately my father has an HMO and does. I know sometimes insurance companies offer few choices for Primary Care Dr's, but I'm lucky to have switched as of one month ago. Unfortunately, my father remains their patient. Please do yourself a favor and don't look at the fact this office only has 2 one star reviews and think it can't be that bad, it can, and it is. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else I'm so grateful I finally did.
