- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪We had a perfect experience here, especially considering that my sister was at the height of nervousness about getting a filling. The dentist was patient and talked to her to distract her. He calmed her so well she didn't even realize he had used a needle on her gum for the anestheic! I really appreciated that. We went twice and never waited more than ten minutes for our appointments. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just tried to call the office to make an appointment, as I am in need in immediate help for some problems I'm having. The woman on the phone informed me that they have no appointments available until the end of May, which -- fine, you're busy. I get that. But did you REALLY need to hang up on me the moment I said "oh that won't work"? That was incredibly rude. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Not your typical dental office. Dentist evaluates you BEFORE the hygienist cleans your teeth. I've been to many dental offices and dentist always eval after the cleaning. Secondly, the hygienist was not patient friendly at all. She was very rough with the scrapper tool and rushed in the cleaning process. Finally, the polish at the end was not applied with a soft brush like other hygienists I've been to. This office uses a high pressure spray to apply it. It was like they were using a pressure washer (like the one you clean your driveway with) to finish the cleaning. I gagged like 5 times and my tongue was sore due to the high pressure spray. Too bad my old dentist does not accept my new insurance. Long story short, stay away from this chain.April 29, 2017by Jo Wats
