  This is the worse Centra-care location! Their customer service reps (mainly Patti) are extremely RUDE and in considerate. I have had other bad experiences with her, but this was the last straw. I was on hold on the phone for over 15 min. after explaining to her exactly what I needed. When I hung up and called back, she rudely answered, "What do you want?" I was shocked at how rude and disrespectful she was & when she proceeded to be rude, I asserted that she check her attitude and she continued to tell me that there were more important things she needed to attend to.... I know patients who are not well are more important, however, there are other ways to speak to people. We are all paying customers & being that this is a profitable business, RESPECT for all customers should be a must!!
