  I love Dr. Gonzales & his asssistant Raiza but their front office staff is horrible, anytime you call to make an appointment you get transferred to Carmens voicemail, after calling 7 times you get a real person and they do not try to squeeze you in or even try to understand the circumstance/ reason for the visit. I work in health care and this is not ok. i understand DR's have a schedule but there is always a way. I have encountered this problems many times before. Its a shame but i will be leaving this practice and finding another Dr.

  Great Doctor excellent primary Care, I have seen many other docs due to moves about the country and Dr Mercado is one of the best diagnosticians as well as primary i have seen. He is also very responsible and staff is quick with specialist referals when needed.

  I have been in the medical field for over 20 years and I bring my best friend in to see Dr. Mercado he is a very pleasant man and listens to her and gets her authorizations to her specialist . The front and back office are very pleasant as well, the only thing is they did not have the labs that she had done at Lab Corp. when we came in for appointment. The one thing I would like to see is this office to get is a port hole where you can request medication refills, and make appointments or just send a general message.
